Hey Baseball Fans! What is your opinion of this proposed state ballot initiative?

"Whereas, MLB umpires are responsible for calling plays correctly and about 10% of their calls are erroneous, the state of California hereby requires that any play disputed by any mlb manager be subjected to review by the presiding umpires, in a manner consistent with the reviews of home runs".
