Boehner vs. Pelosi. Who is/was the better Speaker after one month? If so, why or why not? What say you?

Pelosi is a leader. Boehner likes to hand out checks from lobbyists. Pelosi got the work done. Boehner is dragging his heels, perhaps due to his fear of Tea Party candidates.
