I need ur opinion! my mom has my credit card and uses it when it is necessary im 19 and i think my $ is stolen?

Your mom has no business taking and keeping your card. I hold on to my kids cards but when they ask for it I give it to them and we check the balances together. I will only ask for money for groceries and thats just milk and eggs. I would never abuse that and it seems like they are. You are entitled under the law to reuqest that they put that money back. You can also get the address on the back of the card and ask them to send you a statement listing all fhe bills on it to see if they are going overboard. But they should be asking you and telling you. They should not be just taking it whenever they want. That is abuse. Like I said get a copy of your statements and if your mom baby sits she needs to save her money. If your dad has a business he needs to manage his finances. Maybe you can transfer your account or tell them to put a hold on your credit card because your parents are using it. Dont let them keep using it. Get your card and check your balance. Let her make you feel guilty. If they need groceries never neglect them that but extra stuff is not right. Go togehter to do shopping and you pay for it. Good Luck and God Bless you.
