School dance coming up i dont know how to?

Its a graduation dance and i dont know how to dance and i dont like doing things like that in front of 100 kids which im not comfortable with.. can i just be the guy who just does something else? tips please anything and what do i wear im a guy i was thinkin carpenter pants with casual collar shirt? its right after graduation
