I need some tips on backstroke?

Breathe in through your mouth, and out through your nose! That's what helps me. Not drinking the water is something that you just have to get used to. Try improving your form and technique by going a little slower, then add the speed. Ask your coach what you need to work on specifically, and then go from there. there are plenty of websites to help you out!
