How long does it take Indiana review board to decide case?

I was receiving unemployment benefits from the job I was fired from,and they waited the whole time I was receiving $ until the last week was exhausted,to file an appeal.I was told I would receive a phone call from the presiding judge,I did not get one.I then sent in a letter of appeal.My case is under review,and in the meantime,I'm filling out vouchers,and it just says denied week.They are trying to say I didn't deserve that money,and are trying to say I was over payed.It has been over 5 weeks,my question is...How long does it take to make a decision?I have been waiting forever,I called up there and they said it is still in review...The stupid thing is,they said I don't deserve benefits because I was over payed,yet..they filed an extension for me??
