Can you salvage laminate flooring once it is taken out?

laminate flooring is usually not nailed down. It is tongue and groove and floats on top of the floor. If during the leak the wood soaked up the water and swelled it may be un usable. but if it stayed dry and did not swell, then it should be reusable.
